Who are you?

Oh wow, big question. My name is Ryan Harby, I'm a cartoonist / writer from Canada. I studied at the University of Manitoba, then worked in newspapers and advertising before I started making stuff from my home studio full-time.

Aside from my own projects, I’ve done creative work for Netflix, CBC, Scotiabank, and Kayak Magazine, among others.

Right now, I work out of Winnipeg where I live with my lovely family.

What is all this?

This site hosts a bunch of my comics, the earliest from about 2015, as well as my shop where you can find prints, books, and stickers. You can also find a good selection of my archived stuff over on my Patreon page.

Can I buy a book of your comics?

You can! I released my first book “Awkward Pause” in 2020, published by Renegade Arts Ent. You can either order a copy from your local bookstore or get a signed + doodled copy over on my site’s shop.

Where else can we find you?

Aside from the website, you can follow me for more regular updates on instagram @ryanharby. I’m also on facebook @ryharby and on twitter @ryanharby.

I want to speak to you

Easy enough! Go here. Although fair warning, I can’t always reply right away.

Can I repost your comics? Can I print them in my cool paper?

Mostly? Yes. As long as you credit where the comic came from then we’re cool. And as far as printing goes, if it’s not-for-profit then go for it. If it’s for profit then you’ll have to contact that address above and we’ll have to have a serious conversation.

How can I support your work?

Great question! If you enjoy my stuff and want to find a way to help the comic out I have a Patreon account and an online shop. Both are tremendous options if you want to help support my comics and/or their caffeine-addled creator.

Anything else?

I mean sure, lots. But we can leave it at that for now.
